We aim to send the transcripts out within 10 workings days from receipt of payment. The items are dispatched via first class mail (in the UK) or via standard airmail (for Overseas) with no tracking number.

Please note, the time taken to process transcript requests may increase during our busier periods.

If you began your studies in 2005 or later

We can supply an Academic Transcript. We will process any requests as quickly as possible.

If you began your studies between 1998 and 2005

Please ensure you have contacted the Exams Department before ordering your transcript. We may be able to supply an Academic Transcript. We will process any requests as quickly as possible, but as these older transcripts are produced manually, there may be a short delay.

If you began your studies prior to 1998

We can provide a Verification Letter for you free of charge.  The letter will detail your Programme title and year of Graduation.
