Accommodation – Joe and Maria’s wedding

Accommodation is available in Clive halls of residence Friday 11^th and Saturday 12^th August 2023 (x2 nights).

Clive halls contains single bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities. Guests will have access to a shared kitchenette which contains a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge but no cooker. Breakfast would be available in the Refectory on campus.

CANCELLATION

4.6 Once a booking has been confirmed, any cancellation by the Client must be made, in writing, to Strawberry Hill Ltd, Conferencing and Events Department, St Mary’s University, Waldegrave Road, TW1 4SX.  In the event of cancellation by the Client, the following cancellation charges shall apply:

4.7 Any cancellation charges above at clause 4.7 will be invoiced to the Client and must be paid within 30 days.

• Room only @ £45.90 per night

Accommodation is available in Clive halls of residence Thursday 13^th July to Sunday 26^th July 2023 (x3 nights).

Clive halls contains 19 single bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities. Guests will have access to a shared kitchenette which contains a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge but no cooker. Meals would be available in the Refectory on campus.

Parking on campus is chargeable 24/7 via the JustPark app at a rate of £2.10 per 12 hours. Alternatively there are some local residential roads that are free to park on.

CANCELLATION

• Room only @ £36.90 per night
• B&B @ £44.40 per night
• Half board (breakfast and lunch or dinner) @ £55.80 per night

Accommodation is available in 13 Waldegrave Park apartments on a full board basis of £70 per person per night.
